What should a woman do if she has trouble sleeping and keeps dreaming?

Sleep is something that a person must ensure. The quality of sleep directly determines whether a person has enough energy to cope with a busy life. Therefore, the quality of sleep is very critical. But nowadays many people often have dreams when they sleep at night. How should we deal with this situation? There is no need to panic when encountering this situation.

Dreams are a normal physiological phenomenon. Having many dreams is closely related to a short deep sleep period, insufficient sleep depth and poor sleep quality. Having many dreams does not mean an increase in the number of dreams, but an increase in the number of dreams memories.

"Dreaming all night" is indeed a self-perception, and it is by no means a functional state that causes different dream perceptions, and it cannot accurately reflect objective facts. For example, if you feel very tired, in fact your body and brain have had enough rest, and you will feel energetic after washing up. You don’t need to worry too much about this situation.

However, if you suffer from insomnia due to excessive dreaming, you need to be careful - you need to relax and not pay too much attention to dreaming. You should not think about problems or read books half an hour to an hour before going to bed. You should do appropriate physical activities (such as taking a walk) and avoid strenuous mental activities.

You can also eat some foods to prevent insomnia, such as: milk, fruits (apples, bananas, pears, etc.), sugar water, millet porridge, sour jujube kernel porridge, lotus seed powder porridge, etc. Do not use hypnotic sedatives lightly, because they have side effects such as drowsiness after waking up in the morning, addiction, rebound after stopping the drug, etc., so they are not suitable for long-term use.

It is recommended that if you suffer from insomnia and nightmares, you should first look for the cause from your own psychology or seek help from a psychologist. Sleep is to a large extent a habit, so maintaining good physiological habits and following the natural laws of sleep are the best ways to prevent sleep disorders. The medication should be used under the guidance of an experienced doctor.

The problem of sleep is actually very easy to solve. Before going to bed at night, you should abandon those bad things and sleep well when it is time to sleep. You can listen to some light music before going to bed, which will help you sleep. Dreaming is also caused by the overactive cerebral cortex, which automatically merges images into dreams when you fall asleep, so there is no need to worry too much.
