Which is more serious, uterine cancer or cervical cancer

Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in gynecology, and refers to malignant tumors that occur in the vaginal part of the uterus and the cervical canal. The metastasis of cervical cancer can spread directly to adjacent tissues and organs, downward to the vaginal vault and vaginal wall, upward to the uterine body, to the sides to invade the pelvic tissue, forward to invade the bladder, and backward to invade the rectum. It can also metastasize to the paracervical, internal iliac, external iliac, and inguinal lymph nodes through lymphatic vessels, and even metastasize to the supraclavicular and other lymph nodes throughout the body in the late stage.

Cervical cancer refers to a malignant tumor that occurs at the junction of squamous epithelial cells in the vaginal part of the cervix or the transitional zone and columnar epithelial cells in the endocervical canal. Cervical cancer mainly occurs in women over 50 years old, and the youngest cervical cancer patient is only 18 years old. 95% of cervical cancers are squamous cell carcinomas, and almost all of them occur in married women who have given birth many times. 5% of cervical cancers are adenocarcinomas, and cervical cancers in unmarried women are often adenocarcinomas. For cervical cancer, the uterus can be removed, but the cervix cannot be removed.

The difference between the two is the location of the disease. Uterine cancer is very likely to be cured through active treatment in the early stage. The main treatment methods include surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and Chinese medicine. In the early stage, several combined treatments can be used, mainly surgery. Before surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy can be performed to improve the success rate of the operation. At the same time, Chinese medicine can also be used to prevent some complications. The specific surgical treatment method should be selected according to the size and range of the lesion.

However, no matter which treatment method is adopted, you can choose to take Chinese medicine to improve immunity. For example, ginsenoside Rh2 capsules have a good effect as an auxiliary treatment for cancer. It can significantly improve human immunity and control the deterioration and metastasis of cancer cells. After treatment, regular check-ups and ginsenoside Rh2 treatment are required to prevent recurrence and metastasis.
