Normal person's alcohol tolerance

Normal person's alcohol tolerance

Everyone has a different tolerance for alcohol, so everyone's alcohol tolerance is different. When a person grows up and enters society and engages in interpersonal communication, drinking becomes an essential interpersonal behavior. There are also many people who like to drink to relieve their sorrows and eliminate the depression in their hearts, but they need to consider that drinking is actually harmful to the human body. So how much alcohol do normal people drink?

It actually depends on your individual alcohol tolerance. The most important factors include age, mood, environment and so on. Generally speaking, a person weighing 60 kg can drink a maximum of 50 ml, or 1 liang, of 60-proof liquor per day.

Whether drinking to cheer yourself up or to relieve your sorrow, you should consider the harm that drunkenness can cause to the human body. The most taboo thing about drinking is getting drunk and acute poisoning. In the past, people always believed that drunkenness was the sole effect of alcohol, but this is not entirely true. Because alcohol can cause paralysis of the central nervous system, but the acetaldehyde in alcohol is the culprit. The poisoning reaction it causes is completely different from that of alcohol.

Therefore, 50 ml of liquor is a safe amount for normal people. For a few people who are allergic to alcohol, their safe amount will naturally be lower.

The following situations are based on people's life experiences and may be of some reference value.

1. Tall people have more blood than short people, so when they drink the same amount of alcohol, the alcohol concentration in the blood of tall people is lower than that of short people. (This is why northerners can drink a little more than southerners)

2. If there is already food in the stomach, the rate at which alcohol is absorbed will be slower. It is better to drink while eating. Therefore, when drinking, it is best to eat something first, especially some meat, which will have a better effect.

3. Drinking strong liquor is easier to increase the alcohol content in the blood than drinking low-alcohol liquor. Of course, drinking quickly is also easier to absorb alcohol than drinking slowly. If you take a big gulp of liquor, the alcohol will be absorbed quickly. If you drink a beer slowly, the alcohol in the beer may have dissipated by the time you finish the glass. This is also the reason why many people don’t like to drink fast alcohol. After three cups, they will get drunk and can’t tell which way is which.

4. The body's tolerance is also a factor. People who drink frequently will gradually adapt to the situation where there is a large amount of alcohol in their blood, and the brain will gradually get used to being soaked in alcohol all day long.

Finally, what I want to say is that people who have been drinking heavily for a long time may seem to speak fluently on the surface, but their brains and bodies have already been damaged.

Furthermore, long-term alcohol abuse will cause the alcohol concentration in the human body's blood to always remain at a certain level. When the body gradually adapts, it will need a larger amount of alcohol to produce the happy and tipsy effects after drinking. Gradually, these people develop a dependence and gradually deteriorate into an alcohol addiction. I still advise everyone to drink less alcohol as much as possible.
