What is the reason for tumors on the body_Why is the body prone to tumors

There are many reasons why tumors grow on people's bodies, such as bad eating habits, irregular work and rest schedules, and always eating foods with particularly high cholesterol, which can easily lead to the appearance of tumors. Excessive stress in daily life, the need to stay up late for work, or people who are often angry are also prone to tumors. What are the causes of tumors in the body?

Frequent growth of lipomas on the body is closely related to the patient's living conditions, mainly caused by the following factors:

1. People who have an unbalanced diet, drink excessively, and frequently eat fatty meat, animal offal, scaleless fish, or egg yolks. Because eating too much fatty and high-cholesterol food can cause damp-heat in the spleen and stomach, endogenous phlegm and dampness, and disorder of transportation and transformation, that is, too much new adipose tissue is generated, causing excessive fat cells in the body to aggregate and harden.

2. People who are under too much pressure in daily life and work, are in a bad mood and are often angry. Because of liver qi stagnation, poor blood circulation, and blocked meridians, normal adipose tissue and blood stasis can be intertwined. Over a long period of time, connective tissue can form to wrap around fat cells and form lipomas.

3. People who do not get enough sleep, often stay up late, and think too much. Because the spleen and stomach are damaged, the spleen loses its healthy function and the yin and yang are out of balance, the body's ability to break down fat decreases, the original fat tissue and the new fat cannot be arranged normally, forming abnormal fat tissue, namely "lipoma".

If a lipoma occurs, patients with larger lipomas should be actively treated. Generally speaking, surgery is a common method of treatment. In addition, patients should also pay attention to their diet. Tobacco and alcohol should be prohibited. Also, do not eat animal offal, pickled, or smoked foods, avoid spicy food, and the diet should be light.

So how to prevent lipoma? The details are as follows:

1. Pay attention to active physical exercise in your life. If you see symptoms such as abdominal mass, weight loss, fatigue, etc., you should check early and receive timely treatment.

2. Lipomas are mostly caused by emotional disharmony, so it is crucial to face everything positively and optimistically, treat things correctly, relieve anxiety and tension, and avoid emotional injuries.

3. You should also pay attention to your own light diet, eat less high-fat and high-cholesterol foods, eat more vegetables and fruits, keep your bowels open, do not eat too much, 70% to 80% full is appropriate, eat less beef, mutton, pork, and dog meat, avoid greasy and heavy foods, strong alcohol, and spicy fried foods, and it is better to eat light, nutritious foods.
