Osteosarcoma is classified into the following types:

1. Evan's sarcoma

Ivan's sarcoma often occurs between the ages of 4 and 25. It is the second most common childhood bone cancer. Ivan's sarcoma often occurs in the central part of the shaft of long bones and flat bones. It often causes local swelling and discomfort, intermittent pain, and is accompanied by high fever and weight loss. It may metastasize to the lungs, bones, and bone marrow.

2. Malignant osteosarcoma

Malignant osteosarcoma accounts for about half of all bone cancers and is the most common childhood bone cancer. It occurs in adolescents between the ages of ten and twenty and is related to the growth rate of bone tissue at this stage. It often occurs at the ends of long bones, with about 50% located near the knees, causing pain, swelling, and even fractures. A small number of bone cancer cells have metastasized to the lungs at the time of diagnosis and need to be treated as soon as possible.

3. Chondrosarcoma

Chondrosarcoma, which mostly occurs in adults over 30 years old, is less common in children, but can also occur. The lesions occur in the cartilage and can cause tender lumps, most commonly in the pelvis, knees, upper femur, ribs or shoulders.

4. Other bone tumors

There are also bone tumors such as fibrosarcoma, giant cell tumor, and odontoblastoma, which are relatively rare bone cancers.

The above is the classification of osteosarcoma. If you feel unwell, you should go to a regular hospital for examination and treatment in time, and do not delay the best treatment time. Reduce the harm of osteosarcoma to the human body.
