Physical examination can quickly lower blood pressure

Since people nowadays pay more and more attention to health issues, they have physical examinations every year. After the physical examination, it will be found that most people will have serious hypertension, and their lives will be seriously affected by hypertension. People with high blood pressure often experience symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, and confusion. Then people should receive antihypertensive treatment in time. So is there any way to quickly lower blood pressure during a physical examination?

1There are two acupoints for lowering blood pressure. The first one is the connection between the first and second joints of the big toe, which is what we call the toe pit. It is the most sensitive blood pressure-lowering reflex area on the human body. As long as you press it hard for more than 5 minutes, there will be obvious blood pressure-lowering effect. The second is on the outside of the big toe (where the cervical vertebrae are). As long as you press hard for more than 5 minutes, there will be a significant blood pressure lowering effect.

2 If you are outside and it is not convenient to press your feet, you can also press the blood pressure-lowering groove on the inside of the ear. If you have high blood pressure, you will feel your heart beating when you press here. When the beating stops, your blood pressure will drop. It takes more than 10-20 minutes for this acupoint to take effect. It can be used as a daily blood pressure lowering health massage. Just use moderate force. As long as you press it for 20 minutes every day, your blood pressure will be lowered significantly after a week of persistence.

3Maintain a balanced diet. A diet consisting of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and low-fat dairy products can lower blood pressure by up to 14 millimeters of mercury (mmHg). Changing your diet is often the first step in lowering your blood pressure. If you just eat a balanced diet, the effects may be slow, but if you focus on eating foods that lower blood pressure while also changing your lifestyle and activity level, your blood pressure will drop faster. Once you have successfully lowered your blood pressure to the desired level, you can indulge in candy or cookies occasionally. But most of the time, you still need to make an effort to follow this diet plan to prevent your blood pressure from rising again.

Precautions

To lower blood pressure, you should pay attention to a light diet, moderate exercise and relaxation.

Limit alcohol intake. Small amounts of alcohol can actually lower blood pressure. However, higher alcohol intake can cause blood pressure to rise.
