After 8-10 hours, the low-sugar yogurt is ready. If you make it at night, you can enjoy delicious yogurt the next morning.

Successful yogurt is semi-solidified, with a white and smooth surface, without any whey (light yellow transparent liquid) precipitated, and has a milky smell. If you like sweets, you can add sugar before eating. Do not add sugar before fermentation.

Since homemade yogurt cannot be sealed, its storage time is shorter than that of commercial yogurt. It can only be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
