Nowadays, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are one of the most harmful diseases to humans. Many people die from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Every year, more than one-fifth of all deaths occur due to this disease. Therefore, it is one of the diseases with the highest incidence rate. Heart disease, hypertension, fatty liver and other diseases endanger our health. So what diseases can abnormal fat metabolism lead to? Let’s learn together. (1) Harms of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases A. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have been identified by the World Health Organization (WHO) as the "number one killer" endangering human health. About 15 million people die from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases every year worldwide, and about 4 million people die from this disease in my country every year, accounting for more than 3/5 of the total number of deaths. China is the country or region with the highest incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the world, with the northern part of China being the most prevalent area. B. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have high incidence, mortality, disability, recurrence and complications. Many patients are unable to take care of themselves, which places a heavy burden on their families and society. C. What is more worrying is that patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are becoming younger and younger. Last year, the youngest person who died of cerebral hemorrhage was only 18 years old. 2. Fatty liver (1) Overnutrition type fatty liver: Due to the long-term intake of excessive animal fats, vegetable oils, proteins and carbohydrates by the human body, fat metabolism is disrupted, causing excess nutrients to be converted into fat and stored in the liver in large quantities, leading to fatty liver. (2) Harms of fatty liver A. It causes lipid absorption disorder, reduces the body's immune function, and causes digestive tract symptoms such as indigestion, loss of appetite, diarrhea, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, irregular menstruation or amenorrhea in women, breast development and sexual dysfunction in men, and even jaundice and liver failure. B. As liver function declines, the phospholipids and plasma proteins synthesized in the liver will decrease, seriously affecting nerve and vascular function, causing memory loss and arteriosclerosis. C. Fatty liver will gradually develop into cirrhosis. Eliminating fatty liver can prolong the time to develop cirrhosis and avoid life-threatening liver failure. The above are the diseases caused by abnormal fat metabolism. I hope we can know more about the occurrence and development of diseases. I also hope that we can all pay good attention to our bodies, discover our voice problems as early as possible, and then seek treatment and solve them to avoid more serious complications. A good body can not only make the whole family happy, but also enable oneself to develop better. |
