(I) Pathological diagnosis of primary liver cancer:

1. Liver histology confirmed primary liver cancer.

2. Histology of extrahepatic tissue confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).

(2) Clinical diagnosis of primary liver cancer:

1. If there is no other evidence of liver cancer, AFP free convection method, or method> 400μg/ml, for more than four weeks, and can eliminate pregnancy, active liver disease, gonadal tumors of embryonal origin and metastatic liver cancer.

2. Imaging examination, there are obvious intrahepatic solid placeholder lesions, hepatic hemangioma and metastatic liver cancer can be eliminated, and the following conditions of primary liver cancer are met: (1) AFP>200 mg/mI. (2) Typical imaging manifestations of primary liver cancer. (2) No jaundice, AKP or r-GT increased significantly. (4) There is obvious metastatic disease or oven bloody ascites in distant sites, or ascites cancer cells are found. (5) Clear positive signs of hepatitis B cirrhosis.

(3) Qualitative diagnosis of primary liver cancer: The qualitative diagnosis of primary liver cancer should be based on a comprehensive analysis of the symptoms, signs and auxiliary examination data of various types of patients.

(4) Diagnostic location of primary liver cancer:

1.B ultrasound examination, obtain the ID cutting diagram of the liver and adjacent organs, and small liver cancers of 2-3 cm below can be found.

2. Radionuclide liver imaging, positive results for primary liver cancer lesions 2 cm or more in size.

3. CT and MRI are helpful in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer. CT shows liver cancer when it is less than 2 cm in diameter or close to normal liver parenchyma density. Liver cancer is a kind of metastasis, which is not easy to detect by CT, and it is difficult to distinguish between primary and secondary liver cancer. Contrast-enhanced liver lesions with a diameter of 1 to 2 cm can show lesions. MRI can more clearly identify the metastasis of metastatic liver cancer and can improve the level of scanning in different directions.

4. Selective hepatic arteriography, digital subtraction angiography and selective hepatic arteriography (DSA) is a sensitive examination method that can show primary liver cancer within 1 cm in diameter.
