How to prevent cirrhosis from becoming liver cancer? To prevent liver cancer, you should do these things

If cirrhosis is treated promptly and with more care, cirrhosis will not turn into liver cancer. Liver cancer is not just pain in the liver. In addition to coughing, the protruding liver tumor irritating the diaphragm can also cause back pain. Some patients with liver cancer have ascites due to portal vein occlusion, which leads to abdominal pain and bloating. The stomach and duodenum are compressed by the protruding tumor, which can cause pain when eating. Therefore, chronic cough, low back pain, stomach pain, and long-term treatment all need to be alert to the possibility of tumors. Therefore, the expression of liver cancer is diverse. So, how to prevent cirrhosis from becoming liver cancer?

1. Quit drinking

The intermediate metabolites of alcohol have relatively obvious liver toxicity, and alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be consumed (including wine). After drinking, alcohol is quickly digested and absorbed. More than 90% of the alcohol content (ethanol) is metabolized in the liver. Alcohol has a direct stimulating and destructive effect on liver cells, which can cause liver cell degeneration and necrosis. The toxicity of ethanol can even affect the normal metabolism and detoxification function of the liver, leading to severe liver damage and alcoholic cirrhosis, so drink less.

2. Pay attention to diet and strengthen nutrition

Many patients with chronic liver disease have digestive system diseases and relatively poor digestion and absorption capacity, so they must pay attention to strengthening nutrition. In order to improve the utilization rate of nutrients in patients with liver disease, they should also pay attention to cooking. When making meat dishes, try to use instant food and quick stir-fry. Vegetables must be washed and cut first. Patients with liver disease should eat braised rice. Cooking porridge and alkali should be avoided. Long-term consumption of fried foods is prone to cancer. Moldy food is best not to be eaten, and animal and vegetable oils cannot be eaten after they are rotten. These foods can promote the occurrence of cancer.

3. Reasonable work and rest

Chronic hepatitis patients must ensure that they get enough rest every day, but they cannot rest all the time. It must be noted that we must not engage in heavy physical labor.

Staying up late is not allowed. Every night, in addition to 7 to 8 hours of sleep, it is best to take a half-hour break at noon. In addition, long-term use of the eyes often affects the changes in liver function, so as to eliminate eye fatigue, active rest can be achieved through cross-work.

4. Regulate your emotions

Avoid negative emotional stimulation, such as depression, anger, etc. Excessive excitement and anger can directly and indirectly damage the liver, especially anger. Only by maintaining a happy mood can it be beneficial to the recovery of liver disease. If there is persistent dull pain or tingling, worse at night or after fatigue, poor rest, accompanied by digestive tract symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite or diarrhea, go to the hospital for medical treatment as soon as possible. Especially if there is a history of hepatitis B, hepatitis C and cirrhosis, if there is pain in the upper right quadrant, it is necessary to go to the hospital for examination and treatment of liver cancer in time.
