You can use simple analgesics, anti-inflammatory drugs, sedatives and muscle relaxants or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics, such as aspirin. 5. There are two types of joint noises: physiological and pathological. Generally speaking, only clicking without pain or activity disorder is considered physiological. Pathological joint clicking is usually accompanied by pain and limited activity around the shoulder joint. For young people, it is usually related to trauma. For older people, local ligament strain, loose joint capsule, bone spurs, osteoporosis and other reasons should be considered. Generally, you should go to a regular hospital for examination as soon as possible to find the cause and receive physical therapy or local closed treatment.
