Serum prostate-specific antigen test: This test is usually performed after rectal examination and urethral examination to avoid false positives. Prostate-specific antigen is a more sensitive marker than acid phosphatase and is of great significance for the diagnosis, prognosis and recurrence monitoring of prostate cancer.

X-ray examination: This mainly includes pelvic and lumbar spine examinations, and is an important means of early diagnosis of tumor metastasis. Sometimes we can also perform vasoconstriction and seminal vesiculography.
