Prescription: 6g of Gentiana scabra, 2g of Alisma orientalis, 15g of Bupleurum chinense, 6g of Anemarrhena asphodeloides, 15g of White Peony Root, 15g of Chuanduan, 10g of Citrus aurantium, 12g of Aucklandia lappa, and 6g of Licorice. Take 1 dose per day, decocted in water.

(2) Wind-cold invasion. If a person is weak and suffers from wind-cold, then having sex at this time can easily lead to this syndrome.

Prescription: 15g of Bupleurum, 10g of Cinnamon Twig, 9g of Scutellaria Baicalensis, 6g of Ginseng, 6g of Pinellia, a few jujubes, 10g of Roasted Licorice. Take 1 dose per day, decocted in water.

(3) Excessive sexual intercourse or masturbation can cause pain due to damage to tendons and veins.

Prescription: Bupleurum 12g, White Peony 15g, Citrus aurantium 12g, Tangerine peel 10g, Ligusticum chuanxiong 9g, Costus root 12g, Cyperus rotundus 15g, Rehmannia glutinosa 20g.
