When you go to the hospital for a physical examination, you will find that there are many classifications of the basis for the examination. For example, color ultrasound and four-dimensional color ultrasound are different. The first common one is color ultrasound. Its most important feature is that you can see some patterns more clearly and have clear images. The advantage of B-ultrasound is that it is more common and available in general places, and the examination efficiency is also very good. Color Doppler Ultrasound Features 1. Color Doppler ultrasound generally uses autocorrelation technology to process Doppler signals. Portable Color Doppler Ultrasound After encoding, it is superimposed on the two-dimensional image in real time to form a color Doppler ultrasound blood flow image. It can be seen that color Doppler ultrasound (i.e., color ultrasound) not only has the advantages of two-dimensional ultrasound structural images, but also provides rich information on hemodynamics. Its practical application has been widely recognized and welcomed, and it is clinically known as "non-invasive angiography." Its main advantages are: ①It can quickly and intuitively display the two-dimensional plane distribution state of blood flow. ②It can show the direction of blood flow. ③It is helpful to distinguish arteries and veins. Four-dimensional B-ultrasound Fetal sac: also called gestational sac. For women who have regular menstruation of 28-30 days, the gestational sac can be seen in the uterine cavity by B-ultrasound after 35 days of amenorrhea. The diameter of the gestational sac is about 2 cm at 6 weeks of pregnancy and about 5 cm at 10 weeks of pregnancy. It is normal for the gestational sac to be located at the fundus, front wall, back wall, upper part, or middle part of the uterus; it is normal for it to be round, oval, and clear in shape; if the gestational sac is irregular in shape, blurred, and located in the lower part, and the pregnant woman also has abdominal pain or vaginal bleeding, she may have a miscarriage. Fetal head: A complete outline is normal, defects or deformations are abnormal, and no displacement of the brain midline and no hydrocephalus are normal. "4D" is the abbreviation of "four dimensions". The fourth dimension refers to the vector of time, so it is also called real-time three-dimensional. For ultrasound, 4D ultrasound technology is a revolutionary breakthrough in the color ultrasound industry. It was first developed and promoted by Madison Corporation in South Korea. 4D ultrasound technology uses 3D ultrasound images plus time dimension parameters. This revolutionary technology can acquire three-dimensional images in real time, surpassing the limitations of traditional ultrasound. It offers a wide range of applications including abdominal, vascular, small parts, obstetrics, gynecology, urology, neonatology and pediatrics. Fetal heart rate: Fetal heart rate can be seen by B-ultrasound at 7-8 weeks of pregnancy, and at the earliest at the 6th week of pregnancy. The normal fetal heart rate is between 120-160 beats per minute. Umbilical cord: Under normal circumstances, the umbilical cord should float in the amniotic fluid. If the umbilical cord image is seen on the fetal neck, the umbilical cord may be wrapped around the neck. Amniotic fluid: The vertical depth of the maximum amniotic fluid pool is normal between 3-7 cm. More than 7 cm indicates increased amniotic fluid, and less than 3 cm indicates decreased amniotic fluid. Placenta: Position refers to the location of the placenta in the uterine wall. The thickness of a normal full-term placenta should be between 2.5-5 cm. |
