What should I do if there is a mosquito in the mosquito net and I can't find it

There are a lot of mosquitoes in summer. Mosquitoes are small flying insects whose movements are difficult to see with the naked eye. Mosquito nets are a tool to prevent mosquito bites, but they cannot completely repel mosquitoes. Often, you will be covered in mosquito bites the next day. If there is a mosquito in the mosquito net and you can't find it, you should first check whether the mosquito net is damaged. At the same time, you should spray some floral water or mosquito repellent. Let's take a look at the specific solutions below.

1. Check the mosquito net. 2. Drink some floral water. Maybe you are sensitive and will feel itchy when mosquitoes call. There are people like this. 3. Prepare a flashlight. 4. Tuck the mosquito net into the bed.

Mosquitoes belong to the family Culicidae in the order Diptera of the class Insecta, and there are about 3,000 species worldwide. It is a tiny flying insect with piercing-sucking mouthparts. Females usually feed on blood, while males feed on plant sap. Blood-sucking female mosquitoes are intermediate hosts for other pathogens such as dengue fever, malaria, yellow fever, filariasis, Japanese encephalitis, etc. Mosquitoes are found on every continent except Antarctica. Among them, Anopheles, Aedes and Culex are the most famous.

1. Eggs: Mosquito eggs may be laid in three different locations depending on the species: on the water surface, at the water's edge or in the water. The eggs on the water surface include Anopheles and House mosquitoes, while the eggs on the water's edge include Aedes. Anopheles and house mosquitoes hatch in about two days, while Aedes take three to five days. Each female mosquito lays approximately 1,000 to 3,000 eggs in her lifetime. 2. Larvae: Mosquito larvae are larvae that breathe through straws. When eating organic matter and microorganisms, the bristles in the mouth will produce water flow towards the mouth. This period lasts about 10 to 14 days, and after 4 molts, it turns into a pupa. 3. Pupa: The shape of the pupa looks like a bean from the side. It does not eat, but can swim in the water. Breathe through the first pair of breathing angles. It will be fully mature after two days.

2. 1. Breeding habits: Mosquitoes breed in water. Different water qualities and types of stagnant water breed different types of mosquitoes. 2. Blood-sucking habits: Mosquitoes are bloodthirsty and their obsession with blood never changes and they will never give up until they are dead. Only female Culex mosquitoes suck blood, males do not. Female mosquitoes must suck blood for their ovaries to develop and reproduce. Female mosquitoes usually start sucking blood 2-3 days after emerging from their pupae. Various factors such as temperature, humidity, and light can affect the mosquitoes' blood-sucking activity. They start to suck blood when the temperature is above 10℃; generally, Aedes mosquitoes suck blood during the day, while Anopheles and Culex mosquitoes suck blood at night; some prefer human blood, while others like to suck the blood of livestock, but there is no strict selectivity, so mosquitoes can spread zoonotic diseases. 3. Habitat habits: Understanding the habitat habits of mosquitoes is the basis for formulating mosquito control measures. Mosquitoes need to find a place to roost after they emerge from their pupae and after sucking blood. Generally speaking, mosquitoes like to roost in hidden, dark and poorly ventilated places, such as under beds, behind cabinets, behind doors, in wall cracks, in animal sheds, basements, etc. Outdoors, they mostly live in grass, caves, cellars, bridge holes, stone cracks, etc.
