Stage IV, cancer cells have spread from the bladder to the peritoneum or pelvic cavity, or cancer cells may have affected the lymph nodes or other organs in the body. The recurrence stage is the phenomenon of recurrence after treatment of bladder cancer. This is the pathological staging of bladder cancer.
