2. Damp-heat constitution

Many fat people tend to have oily hair because most of them have a damp and hot constitution. It is precisely because of this physical condition that it is difficult for the body's moisture to be discharged, so the hair will naturally become more oily. Therefore, it is very necessary to reduce the consumption of foods such as hamburgers.

These people usually suffer from severe sleepiness and are relatively weaker. If you often feel tired and your movements are hindered, then you need to consider whether your body is healthy.

3. Kidneys

Some people also believe that oily hair is caused by weak kidneys. In fact, there is a certain relationship between the two, but the relationship is not very big. Poor kidney function may cause hair loss, but it will not make your hair too oily. But if possible, you can go for a physical examination to determine what your problem is.

However, if the liver does not metabolize well, it will indeed cause oily hair. You should eat more vegetables on a regular basis to speed up your metabolism. You should also exercise more often to improve your metabolism and make the secretion of oil and water more harmonious, so that there will naturally be no excessive oil.
