What are the early symptoms of bladder cancer

Bladder cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs on the bladder mucosa. It is the most common malignant tumor of the urinary system and one of the common tumors in the body. The incidence rate ranks first in the incidence of reproductive system in my country. In severe cases, it can cause death of patients. So what are the symptoms of bladder cancer in the early stage?

1 There are many early symptoms of bladder cancer. The first is hematuria. Most patients have this symptom. Hematuria can be seen with the naked eye. This is also a unique signal of abnormal urination for bladder cancer. Chances are that every bladder cancer patient goes to the hospital for treatment due to this symptom. There are two types of hematuria, one is macroscopic hematuria and the other is microscopic hematuria. Microscopic hematuria can only be seen under a microscope.

2 Not only that, urinary tract irritation may also occur, but relatively few patients experience it in the early stages. If the patient's bladder cancer is accompanied by infection, it will lead to signs of urinary tract irritation. At the same time, the patient will also experience frequent urination, urgency, pain, and incomplete urination. The patient will also have difficulty urinating because the tumor grows too large, causing the patient's urine flow to deviate, and in severe cases, urine retention may occur.

3 There are many early symptoms of bladder cancer, which will cause pain to the patient. It occurs when the tumor invades widely and deeply, especially when the bladder contracts to the point of holding urine. If the tumor is located at the bladder neck, it will cause urethral obstruction. If it invades the urethral orifice, hydronephrosis and ascending infection will occur. More serious patients will also develop sepsis and uremia.

These are the early symptoms of bladder cancer, so patients with these symptoms should actively seek treatment and not miss the best treatment period. They should choose a treatment method that suits them. It is best to undergo comprehensive treatment. Their mental state should also be good. Don't be too negative and have an optimistic attitude.
