1. Medical treatment:

(1) General treatment: ① Rest in bed quietly. ②Sedatives, antispasmodics and analgesics. ③Cool down the head.

(2) Adjust blood pressure.

(3) Reduce intracranial pressure.

(4) Pay attention to calorie supplementation and water, electrolyte and acid-base balance.

(5) Prevent and treat complications.

2. Surgical treatment:

(1) Ischemic stroke: The purpose of surgical treatment for ischemic stroke is to re-establish blood circulation in the ischemic area. Currently, the surgeries that have been carried out include intracranial and extracranial arterial bypass surgery, intracranial omentum transplantation, vertebral artery decompression, and endarterectomy.

(2) Hemorrhagic stroke: Conservative medical treatment is effective for mild cerebral hemorrhage, so it is generally used. However, patients with severe condition, rapid bleeding, and bleeding volume of more than 60 ml are not suitable for surgical treatment because of the poor prognosis and high risk of surgical treatment. The surgical indications for cerebral hemorrhage are: ① moderate cerebral hemorrhage, whose condition gradually worsens after conservative treatment; ② cerebellar hemorrhage, whose conservative treatment does not respond well; ③ subarachnoid hemorrhage, whose condition stabilizes and is confirmed to be an aneurysm or cerebrovascular malformation by cerebral angiography. Surgical treatment can prevent rebleeding.

Recovery period: The main purpose of treatment is to promote functional recovery of paralyzed limbs and language disorders, improve brain function, reduce sequelae and prevent recurrence.

1. Prevent high blood pressure and emotional excitement, lead a regular life, eat moderately, and avoid dry and hard stools.

2. Functional exercise.

3. Drug treatment: You can choose drugs that promote nerve metabolism, such as Naofukang, cytidine diphosphate, cerebrolysin, r-aminobutyric acid, coenzyme Q10, vitamin B, vitamin E and vasodilator drugs, etc. You can also choose Chinese herbal prescriptions that promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, invigorate qi and dredge collaterals, nourish the liver and kidneys, and resolve phlegm and open the orifices.
