If gastric cancer metastasizes to the abdomen in the late stage, compression of the bladder and sphincter motor or sensory nerves may also cause urinary incontinence. Therefore, gastric cancer in the late stage may cause urinary incontinence. In this case, surgical treatment can no longer be performed, but chemotherapy or targeted drug therapy can be considered.
