Poorly differentiated gastric cancer infection

There are many factors that affect the survival rate of gastric cancer. Such as the stage of disease, tumor size, location of gastric cancer, tissue type, pathological stage, lymph node metastasis, etc. Pathological stage is closely related to lymph node metastasis. The depth of tumor infiltration into the gastric wall, liver metastasis, peritoneal metastasis, lymph node status and vascular wall infiltration are currently the most effective methods. However, in the long-term practice of gastric cancer treatment, people have found that even patients with stage IV still survive for more than 5 years.

Care to promote gastric motility recovery:

The residual gastric anastomosis of patients with gastroparesis is often accompanied by congestion and edema. Gastric lavage with hypertonic saline twice a day can reduce anastomotic edema. Gastrokinetic drugs such as oral domperidone or traditional Chinese medicine Dachengqi decoction can be used according to the doctor's advice to enhance gastrointestinal function and promote the gradual recovery of digestive function.

1. Protect the stomach membrane: Gastric cancer patients should protect their stomachs in daily life, avoid eating high-salt, high-quality, hot foods, avoid overeating, eat less when necessary, eat on time and in a fixed amount, and eat easily digestible food.

2. Food should be fresh: Gastric cancer patients should eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, avoid fatty foods, smoked, fried, deep-fried fish and meat, smoke, or eat spicy and other irritating foods.

3. High-nutrition diet: Due to the disease, patients with advanced gastric cancer lose a large amount of nutrients in their bodies, leading to nutritional disorders. Therefore, patients should follow a high-nutrition diet.
