Liver cancer patients relapse one year after surgery. If they do not actively treat, their survival time is about two months. Liver cancer is a common malignant tumor in clinical practice. The treatment method mainly adopts surgery. Imaging examination should be performed before surgery to evaluate the size of the lesion and the surrounding relationship. Liver cancer is prone to recurrence or metastasis one month to three years after surgery. What is the follow-up treatment after liver cancer resection? If the tumor is relatively large and the instalment is relatively late, timely interventional treatment or chemotherapy, targeted therapy or traditional Chinese medicine treatment is needed after surgery to effectively control the disease. Other liver protection treatments, if liver function is poor, some polyene phosphatidylcholine, reduced glutathione, magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate, compound glycyrrhizin and other drugs can be selectively used for liver protection and enzyme reduction treatment. After surgical resection of liver cancer, follow-up treatment is still very critical. What tests can tell if it is liver cancer? To clarify whether there is liver cancer, at least two tests need to be improved: one is the alpha-fetoprotein concentration or abnormal prothrombin concentration. At present, the diagnosis of liver cancer requires two enhanced tests. When alpha-fetoprotein is elevated and the above symptoms appear, liver cancer can be diagnosed. Abnormal increase of AFP, 3-5 higher than normal, combined with the patient's history of liver disease and existing symptoms, can preliminarily consider the possibility of liver cancer, but in clinical practice, if some color Doppler ultrasound CT cannot distinguish space-occupying lesions, the method of liver puncture and pathology under color Doppler ultrasound and CT intervention can also be used. It is the gold standard for diagnosing liver cancer. It can thoroughly diagnose from a pathological point of view whether it is liver cancer or benign lesions. In order to diagnose liver cancer, the method of puncture and pathology is the most accurate. |
