What are the three types of pain in the early stage of lung cancer

There are no clear clinical signs of the three pain sites in the early stages of lung cancer. Usually, lung cancer patients may not have pain in the early stages, and usually patients have coughing, dyspnea and other symptoms. When the tumor spreads to nearby tissues and organs, it may cause pain in the surrounding areas, which is common in the following aspects.

1. Chest pain: Early-stage lung cancer patients may have chest pain symptoms, which may vary depending on the severity of the disease. Mild patients may experience irregular chest tightness, chest compression or dull pain. If the chest pain is aggravated or the pain continues to ease, and the pain is limited in location, the patient's disease may involve the pleura or chest wall;

2. Sore throat: Patients with early-stage lung cancer may experience sore throat, which is mainly related to frequent irritating dry coughs. Pain is caused by damage to the laryngeal mucosa. Coughing is one of the typical manifestations of patients with early-stage lung cancer and is usually the first symptom of lung cancer.

3. Pain in lower limb joints: If early lung cancer cells secrete growth hormone, it may lead to hypertrophic pulmonary osteoarthritis, which manifests as symmetrical swelling and pain in the knee or ankle joints. If the primary disease is treated, joint pain can also be relieved.

As lung cancer develops, it may also cause pain in the shoulders, back, abdomen, arms and other parts of the body. This is often caused by the tumor invading surrounding tissues, so the pain location is different.

Due to the large individual differences among patients, the age, physique, environment, habits and other factors of different patients are different, and the possible symptoms of early lung cancer should also vary from person to person. In addition to body pain, the early manifestations of lung cancer can also include shortness of breath, blood in sputum, fever and other symptoms. Some patients may not have symptoms. Regular physical examinations should be performed. If the patient is unwell, he should go to the hospital for examination in time and actively receive treatment under the guidance of a doctor to avoid delaying the disease.
