Avoid bad eating habits

The basal metabolic rate of middle-aged people tends to decline, so they should pay attention to controlling their diet, eat less sweets, and participate in appropriate exercise to prevent obesity and exceeding the standard weight. Because obesity can lead to a variety of diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, and malignant tumors.
