How to dye your hair healthily

In this era, there are endless handsome men and beautiful women, and everyone has started to pay more attention to their own dressing and appearance. Various cosmetics are emerging one after another, and various beauty care drugs are appearing one after another. Everyone wants to dress themselves up beautifully. Your clothes should be unique and have your own style. Your hairstyle should also follow the fashion. There are many ways to do it, such as dyeing or perming your hair. However, when dyeing your hair, everyone should also pay attention to the correct and healthy methods to avoid unnecessary things from happening.

Love of beauty is human nature. Especially for beautiful women, there was a saying in ancient times that "women should dress themselves well", so women pay more attention to dressing themselves up, and a good hairstyle is the beginning of a person's dressing up. Nowadays, people choose to perm or dye their hair to give themselves a beautiful hairstyle, but how can they dye their hair healthily?

For healthy hair dyeing, the following points should be achieved;

1. Very few people will be sensitive to hair dye, but you can still do a skin test before dyeing your hair. Apply a small amount of hair dye to the back of the ear, the inside of the arm, etc. for 48 hours to see if there is any allergic reaction.

2. When dyeing long hair, you should start applying the hair dye from 1 inch below the roots of the hair, and finally apply it to the last 1 inch. This will avoid uneven colors.

3. You can perm your hair 4 weeks after dyeing it.

4. You can dye your hair 3-10 days after perming. Of course, it is best not to dye your hair within 2 weeks. Dyeing your hair immediately after perming it will cause great damage to your hair, and no amount of hair care will help.

5. Hair continues to grow, and regular hair dyeing can help keep the color lasting.

6. If you have dark hair or have done a dark dye job, you should not use a hair dye that is too light, otherwise the hair will not be easy to color.

7. Never use hair dye to dye eyebrows or other hair.

8. Do not reuse leftover hair dye because the active ingredients will oxidize and disappear in a short period of time.

9. If you have just used sea ling grass, color restoration agent, etc., it is not suitable to dye your hair.

Everyone has a desire for beauty. Regardless of gender or age, everyone has the right to pursue it. But the pursuit of beauty should not harm health, and should not cause physical illness for the sake of beauty. Just like dyeing your hair, you must take the correct method and dye your hair in a healthy way, which not only brings beauty to yourself but also ensures the health of your body. This kills two birds with one stone.
