How much physical energy does a cigarette destroy after sex?

Long-term smoking is not only harmful to the respiratory tract and lungs, but the ingredients in cigarettes can also destroy vitamin C. Therefore, more attention should be paid to supplementing vitamins and other minerals.

One cigarette can destroy 25 mg of vitamin C.

The tar in cigarettes contains benzopyrene, a major carcinogenic compound. The smoke contains high concentrations of active oxygen and free radicals, which can cause great damage to the lungs. Studies have shown that large amounts of supplementation with vitamin C, vitamin E and beta-carotene can reduce fat peroxidation in the human body and also reduce the incidence of lung cancer.

Researchers at the University of California, USA recently discovered that vitamin C may help prevent damage caused by passive smoking, which provides a way for non-smokers who have to stay in smoky environments to protect themselves.

The researchers put 67 non-smokers into a smoky environment and found that those who took 500 mg of vitamin C a day suffered little harm.

Experts say that passive smoking can cause oxidative damage to the human body, but this damage can be offset by the antioxidants contained in vitamin C.

Based on this, the researchers conducted further tests. They divided the 67 volunteers into three groups and put them into a smoky environment again, and asked them to take vitamin C, E and the antioxidant alpha lipoic acid or a placebo every day. Two months later, the levels of oxygen stress in the blood of volunteers in the first two groups decreased by 1.4% and 12% respectively compared with volunteers taking placebo.

Therefore, long-term smokers and " passive smokers" who are exposed to smoke for a long time should supplement with more vitamins C, B2, E and β-carotene .

Multivitamins contain vitamin A, natural beta-carotene, vitamin D, natural vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, pantothenic acid and other vitamins, and are rich in minerals such as magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, chromium, selenium, etc., which can fully supplement the various nutrients needed by those with nutrient imbalance and various vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
