The disease attacks manifest as a manic phase, and its meaning and diagnostic criteria are: the patient's mood is high, disproportionate to the situation, and may be elated, irritable, agitated, and even have impaired consciousness. In severe cases, psychotic symptoms such as delusions and hallucinations that are consistent or inconsistent with the mood may occur.

It's normal for people to feel mood swings and irritability at times. You should strengthen physical exercise, maintain an optimistic mood, and control your irritability. When you are in a bad mood, if you give yourself negative suggestions, it will only make things worse and make you more irritable. At this time, you should give yourself positive suggestions, remind yourself that this is normal, the clouds will eventually dissipate, and at the same time, think about some of the good scenes and things you are proud of in the past, which can relieve psychological pressure. In daily life, pay attention to the combination of work and rest, don't be too nervous, eat a light diet, and eat more vegetables and fruits. [1]
