Symptoms of worsening liver disease

Symptoms of worsening liver disease

The liver is the most important organ in the human body. It has the effect of detoxification and diuresis, and plays a vital role in the human body. If you have liver disease, you must treat it in time. If the liver disease worsens, you will experience symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and vertigo. It will also cause some other diseases, especially angina pectoris to the heart. You must pay attention to your living habits and food hygiene. Follow the editor below to learn about the symptoms.

Liver disease refers to diseases that occur in the liver. Including hepatitis B, hepatitis A, hepatitis C, cirrhosis, fatty liver, liver cancer, alcoholic liver disease and many other liver diseases. It is a common and extremely harmful disease, and active prevention should be the main focus.

Viral liver disease: a group of infectious diseases mainly causing liver damage caused by a variety of different hepatitis viruses. According to etiological diagnosis, there are at least five types of hepatitis viruses, namely hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E viruses, which cause viral hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E, respectively.

Nonviral liver diseases include the following:

Alcoholic liver disease: a liver damage disease caused by long-term and heavy drinking (alcoholism).

Drug- or toxic-induced liver disease: Toxic hepatitis is hepatitis or liver disease caused by chemical poisons (such as phosphorus, arsenic, carbon tetrachloride, etc.), drugs or biological toxins.

Metabolic liver disease: liver disease caused by poor metabolism of certain substances in the body.

Fatty liver disease: refers to a disease caused by excessive accumulation of fat in liver cells due to various reasons. The increase in fat content in liver cells may be caused by alcoholism, diabetes, high blood lipids, and being overweight.

The first is antiviral. The second is to improve immunity. Third, restore liver function. Only by mastering these three principles can the hepatitis B virus be turned negative. Restoring liver function means restoring the liver's detoxification function, and in terms of pathological changes, it means improving the detoxification function. It is not enough to simply rely on "chitosan" imported from Japan to treat hepatitis B. After all, it is not a medicine, but a way to improve immunity. When used in combination with better antiviral drugs, it was found that many hepatitis B patients turned negative. Scholars from the Ministry of Health also mentioned that if these three principles are mastered, the negative conversion rate can be as high as about 20%.

The latest research on hepatitis B suggests that there are two types of changes in hepatitis B liver cells. One is that when there is a problem with the autoimmune system, the virus overflows from the cell membrane into the plasma, causing the formation of an autoimmune antigen-antibody complex, which damages the liver cells. Another discovery is that the hepatitis B virus parasitizes in the liver cells. Why is it difficult to treat viral diseases medically? Because general drugs only act on receptors on the cell membrane and it is difficult for them to enter the cell. When the hepatitis B virus enters the liver cells and the liver function is not reduced, the person becomes a virus carrier. This is the same as who becomes an AIDS carrier. HIV parasitizes in immune cells, but it has not yet affected many functions. The virus is involved in the integration of liver cell genes, integrating its components with liver cell DNA and RNA genes. Therefore, many scholars believe that hepatitis B cannot turn negative because its genes are already involved.
