Chronic balanitis is a relatively common male disease, which can cause serious troubles to men's lives. Do not delay if you have balanitis. There are many medical methods to treat balanitis, and patients should receive treatment according to their own conditions. So, how should chronic balanitis be treated? Let me introduce it to you now, and I hope it will be helpful to you. Balanitis can be caused by sexual intercourse and excessive foreskin. It can be caused by infection with Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, Trichomonas, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Gonorrhea or other bacteria; or due to excessive foreskin and insufficient cleaning, the unclean things between the foreskin and the glans, namely the smegma, will accumulate and stimulate the local foreskin and mucosa to cause inflammation. It is recommended to go to the infectious department for a clear diagnosis so as to facilitate timely symptomatic treatment. In case of balanitis, the foreskin can be soaked in 1/5000 potassium permanganate solution and applied with anti-inflammatory ointment. Allergic balanitis requires oral anti-allergic drugs and external use of cortisone ointment. If the foreskin cannot be turned over and soaked due to phimosis or edema, and the drainage is not smooth, and the inflammation still cannot subside after general treatment, a dorsal circumcision can be performed to facilitate drainage. Liver and kidney yin deficiency type: patches or hypertrophy or hardening of the foreskin and glans can be seen, generally without itching and pain, and may be accompanied by symptoms such as low back pain and premature ejaculation. This is caused by damp heat or dampness toxins damaging the yin of the liver and kidney. The treatment should focus on nourishing the liver and kidney. The commonly used prescription is Liuwei Dihuang Decoction with modifications: 10g each of raw and cooked rehmannia, 10g cornus fruit, 10g yam, 10g wolfberry, 10g moutan bark, 20g tuckahoe, 10g salvia miltiorrhiza, 10g orientale, and 30g dandelion decocted in water On the other hand, the bacteria can be transmitted to the other party through sexual intercourse, causing female vulvitis, vaginitis, cervicitis, endometritis, etc. Therefore, from the current medical point of view, circumcision is better than no circumcision. Recurrent attacks of the disease are often caused by non-specific pathogenic bacteria infection. It is best to go to the hospital for examination and treatment with your lover at the same time. Sexual intercourse is prohibited during the treatment and recovery period. Pay attention to reexamination after the symptoms are relieved. If the test results are negative for three consecutive times on different days, the disease can be diagnosed and cured. Pay attention to prevention in life. Patients should not grow long nails, wash their underwear frequently and separately, not mixing them, do not use antibiotics indiscriminately, and wash clothes should be dried in the sun to kill bacteria. Underwear should be made of cotton and have good breathability. Both husband and wife should be treated together. Male friends with foreskin that is too long should undergo circumcision surgery as soon as possible to avoid infection. |
