Can an induction cooker be used to grill meat?

The induction cooker is a very convenient household appliance. In fact, when eating hot pot, you basically have to buy an induction cooker at home to make the hot pot enjoyable. The principle of induction cooker is somewhat similar to that of microwave oven, both of which use electromagnetic waves to heat food. But you can put the pot on the induction cooker and use the induction cooker to cook dishes. Because many people have heard that microwave ovens can make barbecue, so can induction cookers make barbecue?

Induction cooker grilling steps:

The "grill" function of the induction cooker is not an open flame, nor is it the automatic grilling of a microwave oven. It is only relative to the functions of heating, cooking soup, stewing, etc. The instantaneous fire power of the grill is stronger, which can burn the skin of the food faster. Therefore, when using the grill function, you should pay attention to:

(1) Prepare an induction cooker grill pan.

(2) Be sure to use a thicker grill pan, and the food should stick to the pan and be coated with oil and other seasonings to prevent it from sticking. If you just put or rack the food on the panel, the induction cooker will not work at all;

(3) Adjust the temperature appropriately according to the degree of doneness of the food.

(1) Induction cooker is also called electromagnetic stove. The first household induction cooker was born in Germany in 1957. In 1972, the United States began to produce induction cookers, and induction cookers became popular in Europe, the United States and Japan in the early 1980s.

(2) The principle of induction cooker is electromagnetic induction phenomenon, that is, using alternating current to pass through the coil to generate an alternating magnetic field with constantly changing direction. Eddy current will appear inside the conductor in the alternating magnetic field (the reason can be referred to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction).

(3) This is because the vortex electric field drives the carriers in the conductor (the ones in the pot are electrons, not iron atoms) to move; the Joule heating effect of the vortex current causes the conductor to heat up, thus achieving heating.
