No matter you are muscular or skinny, before exercising, you must understand your physical condition on that day. Don't rush or exercise too hard. This is my friend. Even though he is so strong, he still suffers from insomnia due to excessive exercise. Of course, more often than not, we are unable to grasp the degree of exercise, so it is inevitable that it will exceed the tolerance of our body. When you feel a little weak after exercise, then you have over-exercised. Because sweating will take away a lot of trace elements, we should drink an appropriate amount of light salt water to relieve body stress. Note that salt should be taken with warm water.

If you don't feel tired, drink some energy drinks to supplement vitamins, etc. After exercising, resting for half an hour and having a nutritious meal is also a good preventive measure. Usually you can eat a bowl of beef noodles. Noodles are easy to digest, and beef can provide good fiber and protein, which can reduce the number of insomnia episodes. Don’t play with electronic products before going to bed, and rest early to allow your body functions to recover. After exercise, do not use too hot water for a bath and do not bathe for too long. Remember to drink plenty of warm water.

In order to ensure a good sleep quality at night, in addition to not exercising before going to bed, you also need to pay attention to not eating, reading books, magazines or newspapers, drinking tea or coffee, and not thinking too much before going to bed. Don’t lie in bed when you are not sleepy. Once you feel sleepy, you should lie down in bed and sleep immediately.
