Generally speaking, when you first put on new shoes, your feet may feel uncomfortable, and in serious cases, the skin of your feet may even be worn out. In addition, your feet have not yet fully adapted to the space of the new shoes, so it is easy to get injured when exercising at this time.

So it is generally not appropriate to use new shoes for running or exercise. It is recommended to wear them for a while and then use them for exercise when you feel no discomfort.

The feet are the support points of the body. They have the function of stabilizing and dispersing the body's center of gravity and combined force, and can effectively and rhythmically carry the main joints and muscles of the whole body to move. However, the bones of the feet are relatively fragile and can be fractured if you are not careful. Wear sports shoes when exercising and avoid wearing leather shoes.

Wearing leather shoes during exercise is inconvenient, and the hard soles restrict running and jumping. More importantly, the uneven soles of leather shoes will produce uneven reaction force, causing the body to lose balance and even cause foot fractures, leaving disability.

According to the needs of biomechanics, running shoes can be divided into three categories: providing shock absorption, providing stability, and providing motion control.

Running shoes that provide shock absorption usually have a softer interlayer sole to help evenly distribute force on the foot during exercise and help reduce shock. The shoe body is usually lighter and has relatively poor stability. Running shoes that provide stability usually have a column on the sole to evenly distribute the force or a sandwich structure on the inside.

Why you can't wear new shoes for running? You should have some understanding of this issue. As we all know, for many people, the shoes they just bought don’t fit their feet particularly well, so running becomes inconvenient and uncomfortable. Therefore, everyone will choose shoes that fit their feet better for running. Of course, not all new shoes are uncomfortable.
