Is dust-free paper toxic?

We have heard relatively little about dust-free paper, but we are more familiar with wet wipes. In fact, we use dust-free paper a lot in our daily lives, and women and babies use it more often. We know too little about dust-free paper. Recently, many people say that these things cannot be used and are toxic. Is that true? We use so much of it in our daily lives, is dust-free paper toxic? Let’s learn about it together.

Dust-free paper, also called dry-laid nonwoven fabric, is non-toxic and is a type of dry-laid nonwoven fabric. Dust-free paper has unique physical properties, such as high elasticity, softness, excellent hand feel and drape, extremely high water absorption and good water retention. It is widely used in sanitary care products, special medical products, industrial wiping products and other fields.

In the early days, dust-free paper did not undergo surface foaming treatment, and it suffered from serious linting and powdering. The production environment was poor, and because of the thermal bonding fibers at the time, the strength of the paper sheets was far inferior to that of dust-free paper. Therefore, the market demanded a product with the same dust rate as glued dust-free paper, good strength, and the same superb liquid absorption performance as glued dust-free paper. Therefore, in order to take into account the advantages of both, dust-free paper products were developed.

Product market for dust-free paper: The largest market is still various absorbent products, such as sanitary napkins, sanitary pads, baby diapers, etc. But specially designed composite dust-free papers like those produced by Kimberly-Clark's Commercial Consumer Division can almost replace non-woven fabrics and be used for industrial purposes such as wet wipes and various wiping papers.

Basically, it covers all areas of household paper. Combined with other new technologies, such as lamination technology, it can be processed into composite paper of heat-sealed dust-free paper + lamination + non-woven fabric + SAP. This composite paper only needs simple cutting and embossing before it can be directly sold to consumers as ultra-thin sanitary napkins, sanitary pads and other products.

Through the above description, we know whether dust-free paper is toxic. In fact, we already have the answer in our hearts. Women have used it so much and there is no problem. But no matter what kind of paper it is, we should choose products without additives and produced by regular manufacturers, because the quality is there. I also firmly believe that you get what you pay for, and cheap is not necessarily good.
