When do people start to age?

When does our body begin to age? If our body begins to age unconsciously, then people will be very worried about their bodies. Many people will miss their youth when they are old, but people cannot go back. If you don't take good care of yourself as soon as possible, all aspects of your body will age faster and faster. After aging, people will lose their beauty and youth. This is indeed not a feasible method. So when does a person begin to age?

1. Breasts: Start to age at age 35

At age 35, breasts begin to lose tissue and fat, decreasing in size and fullness. From the age of 40, a woman's breasts begin to sag and the areola (the area around the nipple) shrinks dramatically. Although the risk of breast cancer increases with age, it has nothing to do with physical changes in the breasts. Gareth Evans, a breast cancer expert at St Mary's Hospital in Manchester, said that human cells are more likely to be damaged as we age, so the genes that control cell growth may mutate and cause cancer.

2. Fertility: starts to decline at age 35

A woman's fertility begins to decline after age 35 as the number and quality of eggs in the ovaries begin to decline. The lining of the uterus may become thinner, making it difficult for a fertilized egg to implant and creating an environment that is resistant to sperm. Male fertility also begins to decline at this age. Men who marry after age 40 are more likely to have their spouses miscarry due to decreased sperm quality.

3. Skin: Starts to age around 25 years old

According to Dr Andrew Wright, consultant dermatologist at Bradford NHS Trust, your skin starts to age naturally in your mid-20s as the production of collagen, which serves as the skin's structural backbone, slows and elastin, which allows the skin to bounce back quickly, loses its elasticity and even breaks. Dead skin cells won’t shed as quickly, and the amount of new skin cells produced may decrease slightly. Thus bringing about fine lines and thin, translucent skin, even though the first signs may not appear until we are around 35 years old.

4. Taste and smell: start to deteriorate at age 60

We all start life with about 10,000 taste buds distributed across our tongue. When you get older, this number may be halved. After age 60, our sense of taste and smell gradually declines, partly as a result of the normal aging process. It may be accelerated by problems such as nasal polyps or sinus cavities. It can also be the cumulative result of years of smoking.

People start to age from this time, and physical aging occurs step by step. The older you are, the faster your physique becomes weaker and you age faster. So people must learn how to take care of themselves from a young age to delay aging. When human skin ages, you can use skin care products to maintain it, but if the organs are aged, there is no way. So we must do physical exercise in advance to prevent diseases from taking advantage.
