Why do people age?

Many people may not understand why we age after reaching a certain age. Aging starts with the face. The face of a 20-year-old, a 30-year-old, a 40-year-old, and a 50-year-old is different. Each level is much older than the last. No one wants to be old, but aging is reasonable. It is also a physical change and physiological normality. So aging is inevitable. So why do people age?

People start to age at the age of 25. The main reason for aging is the decrease in the amount of growth HGH secreted by the pituitary gland. Generally, it decreases by 100-200 each year after the age of 25, depending on each person's situation. What are the physical phenomena? The most obvious is that the body gradually becomes fat. Fat accumulates even if you eat very little, especially the fat in the abdomen and buttocks is difficult to control. The second is that the skin wrinkles increase and deepen significantly, and the skin begins to sag. The skin loses its youthful elasticity and radiance, and becomes easily tired and lacks energy.

1. Genetic theory: Any living thing goes through the five stages of life: birth, development, maturity, aging, and death. Genetic theory believes that this law is an "inherent" property of organisms and a programmed process controlled by a "biological clock" within the organism. There is a genetic gene in the human body that controls the biological clock of life span, which controls the entire deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) structure through certain control channels, and then controls cell division, growth, metabolism and the entire life process. Some scholars have discovered the phenomenon of limited cell division and believe that the length of life is related to the number of cell divisions. Cells with more divisions have longer lifespans. Some scholars have proposed the telomere theory. Telomeres are structures distributed at the ends of chromosomes that can protect chromosomes and prevent gene loss at the ends of chromosomes. During the growth and development of the human body, cells continuously divide, and the telomere region shortens due to incomplete division. Every time the chromosome DNA divides, the telomere region shortens. When it is shortened to a certain limit, cell reproduction can no longer continue. The vitality of cancer cells is stronger than normal cells because they are a type of alienated cells that have telomerase, which is not found in normal human cells. Telomerase can protect cancer cells from loss of genetic material (DNA) after division, thus giving them endless reproduction ability and tumor formation. The ingredients such as ganoderic acid and some enzymes in Ganoderma lucidum spore powder can destroy the telomerase of tumor cells, thereby controlling the growth rate and number of cancer cells.

2. Free radical theory: Free radical is an atom, atomic group or molecule without paired electrons. It is continuously produced in the body along with the metabolic process. Free radicals in the human body can seize an electron and oxidize other substances. Free radicals have extremely strong oxidative reaction ability.

This is the cause of aging, which is what we call congenital and acquired factors. If you age accidentally, you can delay aging by making proper adjustments in diet, physique and life. When delaying aging, you must remember to eat a reasonable diet and eat more foods that are good for the skin. Tomatoes can lighten spots, cucumbers can beautify the skin, and these foods can be eaten more.
