3. It can easily lead to insomnia. There are always attractive things on mobile phones, and there are always games that make people unable to stop. Due to people's eagerness to win, they always want to finish watching TV in one go, and always want to pass the game in one go. Therefore, when it is time to go to bed, they still refuse to put down their mobile phones. 4. Leading to safety hazards. Some people who are addicted to their phones often take risks. We will see some people still sending text messages or chatting on WeChat while crossing the road.
