Diet for hepatic hemangioma, teach you three dietary combinations

It is best for patients with hepatic hemangioma to have a diversified diet and eat more vitamins, proteins, fats, easily digestible fresh fruits and vegetables and other foods. A proper combination of coarse and fine grains in the diet ensures that the patient has sufficient nutrients. So today I will give you an inventory of the daily diet combinations for hepatic hemangioma.

(1) Patients with hemangioma of the liver should eat more vegetables and fruits, keep their bowels open, and prevent constipation. Frequent constipation can aggravate symptoms such as abdominal distension and belching. Severe constipation can lead to the risk of rupture of the tumor if the patient strains during bowel movements. In addition, patients should avoid external collisions, strenuous physical exercise, or heavy physical labor, so as not to increase abdominal pressure and cause tumor rupture and bleeding.

(2) Patients with hepatic hemangioma should try to eat a light diet and eat more nutritious foods, especially foods rich in vitamins and magnesium. Avoid eating greasy, spicy, irritating, and irritating foods, such as chili peppers, seafood, barbecue, strong alcohol, and spicy fried foods. Eat less heat-promoting foods such as beef, mutton, pork, and dog meat.

(3) Patients with hepatic hemangioma should try not to overeat. It is best to eat until 70% to 80% full. They should keep a good mood and avoid getting angry or having too much psychological burden. They can do some low-intensity exercise to enhance their immunity.
