What causes a runny nose after eating

1. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that there is a protective layer outside the human body, called Wei Qi. 4. The treatment at this time should be to open the pores and let the moisture out, and the phlegm and runny nose will be cured. This is a symptomatic treatment. Normally, we should strengthen the spleen and regulate the middle burner. When the spleen and stomach are healthy, the body's outer protective layer will be strong and this situation will not occur. This is the fundamental treatment.

5. This situation may also be a problem of chronic rhinitis. According to this situation, it is best to do a bacterial culture to find the most effective antibiotic to prescribe the right medicine. However, it must be treated thoroughly, otherwise it is easy to relapse. Usually, eat more foods rich in vitamins and proteins such as vegetables, animal offal, eggs, meat, soy products, and exercise more to strengthen your physical fitness.
