After suffering from mild pulmonary fibrosis, timely medication and standardized treatment can control the further development and deterioration of the disease. As the disease progresses, it often affects lung function, causing breathing difficulties. In severe cases, there is a feeling of suffocation, which brings great pain to the patient's life and work. This disease may worsen when the environment is severely polluted, so patients should avoid going out in polluted weather. Causes of mild pulmonary fibrosis: 1. Pulmonary interstitial fibrosis is clinically divided into multiple diseases, pneumoconiosis being one of them. For those engaged in mining, silicosis accounts for a relatively large proportion. In clinical practice, we often see patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and immune diseases, such as Sjögren's syndrome and rheumatoid arthritis. 2. The causes of pulmonary fibrosis are diverse, but they all have a common pathogenesis: there is varying degrees of inflammation in the pulmonary interstitium, alveoli, pulmonary small blood vessels or peripheral small airways. In the process of inflammatory damage and repair, fibrosis is formed. After the formation of pulmonary fibrosis, it affects the circulation of blood and further aggravates pulmonary fibrosis. Clinical manifestations include dry cough and progressive dyspnea. 3. Some patients will experience cyanosis of the extremities, claw-like fingers, or even clubbing of the fingers. In severe cases, they will experience symptoms such as weight loss, fatigue, and chest tightness. Ultimately, most patients die of respiratory failure. The early clinical symptoms of pulmonary fibrosis are not obvious. Clinically, many patients will inadvertently develop their condition from early interstitial pneumonia to mid-to-late stage pulmonary fibrosis. Treatment of mild pulmonary fibrosis: 1. Since the pathological basis of asthma is chronic nonspecific inflammation, controlling chronic airway inflammation is the basic treatment for asthma and plays an important role in the long-term ideal control of asthma. Commonly used drugs are inhaled glucocorticoids and chromone drugs. Some new drugs, such as leukotriene modifiers, long-acting β2 agonists and controlled-release theophylline, also have certain anti-inflammatory effects. 2. Traditional Chinese medicine treats cough variant asthma by taking into account both internal and external factors. While eliminating the superficial symptoms, it focuses on the internal factors that cause the disease, that is, the conditioning and recovery of the body's own spleen, kidney, lung, and heart functions. Only in this way can it achieve the effect of treating both the symptoms and the root cause, learn from each other's strengths and weaknesses, and complement each other's advantages to truly achieve comprehensive, systematic, scientific and targeted treatment. |
