What are the symptoms of liver cancer? These five conditions may occur

In our daily life, some people suffer from certain diseases but don’t know it, such as liver cancer, which will make our condition more and more serious and reach the point where it cannot be cured. So in our daily life, we must always pay attention to our own health. So what are the symptoms of liver cancer?

The following symptoms may occur after suffering from liver cancer
1. Pain in the liver area in the right upper abdomen
Abdominal distension in the upper or lower abdomen may manifest as easy fullness and discomfort after eating a little. Some patients may also have aversion to greasy food and aggravate the discomfort after eating. In the short term, the patient will lose weight.
2. Jaundice, ascites, and skin itching
When cancer cells further develop and invade the gallbladder, portal lymph nodes, extrahepatic bile ducts and other parts, jaundice will occur. The appearance of ascites is likely due to the patient's existing liver cirrhosis, and the invasion of cancer tissue into the veins caused by cancer thrombus. Speaking of skin itching, it can be said to be a very common symptom of liver cancer. Digestive tract symptoms include a significant decrease in appetite, abdominal distension, indigestion, and sometimes nausea and vomiting.

3. Symptoms of systemic exhaustion
At this time, the patient will experience severe fatigue, weight loss, progressive anemia and edema, which is a very likely condition for liver cancer.
4. Liver pain
Generally speaking, when suffering from liver cancer, there may be persistent or intermittent pain in the liver area, and sometimes the condition may be aggravated by changes in body position. In the late stage of liver cancer, there may also be sudden severe abdominal pain or peritoneal irritation, which is most likely due to necrosis of the cancer nodules or bleeding into the abdominal cavity.

5. Enlarged liver and spleen
The enlarged liver often becomes very hard. If you observe its shape at this time, it is very irregular, and there are nodules of different sizes on the edge of the liver. Giant liver cancer sometimes deforms the liver, making it difficult to identify during palpation.
