How to treat neurosis and regulate nerve function

After the onset of neurological dysfunction, the patient's neurological function will be partially obstructed, and headaches and insomnia will occur. More serious patients may also suffer from anxiety, panic disorders, etc. Treatment of this disease requires taking targeted medications and doing psychological treatment.

1. Regulate nerve function and improve sleep: Depending on the condition of the disease, sedatives such as chlordiazepoxide, diazepam, chlorpromazine, phenobarbital, meprobamate or oryzanol can be used.

2. Antispasmodic and analgesic: Anticholine drugs can relax smooth muscles and have antispasmodic and analgesic effects; such as belladonna preparations, atropine, propantheline, etc.

3. Neurogenic vomiting: Vitamin B6 10-20 mg can be used three times a day or 100 mg added to 40 ml of 50% glucose and injected intravenously. If vomiting is severe, give medullary anesthetic, promethazine, morphine, etc. as appropriate.

4. Enteric neurosis:

(1) Constipation: Lubricants such as paraffin oil, magnesium oxide, antalol and plant mucus substances can be used.

(2) Diarrhea: You can take 1-2 tablets of compound phenoxylate, 2-3 tablets per day, or 100-200 ml of 0.25% novocaine enema, once a day. Take 1 tablet of Imodium, 2-3 times a day.
