1. The first step is to wash your hair. Washing your hair is very important. Regular use of herbal shampoo is very beneficial for oily hair, because it contains rich fruit ingredients and can completely keep away from seborrheic alopecia; for dry hair, it is recommended to use hair care products containing keratin ingredients.

2. Use of natural conditioner. After choosing a shampoo based on your hair type, you need to make your own conditioner, which includes ingredients such as egg yolk, henna, lemon, and water. Mix these ingredients and use them once a week to prevent seborrheic alopecia.

3. Diet. To prevent seborrheic alopecia in terms of diet, you should drink plenty of water and eat low-fat protein meat dishes, such as river fish, chicken, etc.; eat more fresh green vegetables that have been processed over a slow fire. Drink some warm mint tea after meals and eat 2 fresh fruits every day. And take a small amount of vitamin E and yeast tablets. The diet must be light and tobacco and alcohol should be avoided.
