Why does the breast feel painful?

If you feel pain in your breast, you should pay attention to the cause. The most common causes are breast hyperplasia or breast fibroids. This problem can be said to be a breast disease that has long affected many women, so prevention work should be paid more attention.

1. Breast lumps that cause pain are mostly caused by breast hyperplasia, and some are breast fibroids.

2. The breast lumps caused by breast hyperplasia will be painful when pressed gently. The lumps are usually at the edge of the breast, usually on one side. When the lumps become larger, they are cystic. When they move to the edge, there is an obvious sense of fluctuation. It has nothing to do with the menstrual cycle. Breast hyperplasia is generally related to endocrine disorders, mental stress, emotional excitement, staying up late, and lack of sleep.

3. Breast fibroids can also cause breast lumps, which usually grow on one or both sides of the breast. The surface skin is smooth, the texture is hard, the boundaries are obvious, and they can be pushed. At the same time, the pain is weak. The occurrence of breast fibroids is related to endocrine hormone imbalance, such as relative or absolute increase in estrogen.

4. Cystic breast hyperplasia may also cause lumps. Usually, the breasts will swell before menstruation, and you can feel nodular lumps with blurred boundaries and movement. The liquid that overflows from the nipple is yellow-green, brown or bloody.

5. The early stage of breast cancer lumps are painless and are single, small lumps with nodules on the surface and no obvious boundaries.

6. When lumps appear in the breast, you should take it seriously, and if pain occurs, you must seek medical attention immediately.
