Do you know the resting time of human internal organs?

In our daily life, we need to get enough rest at night so that we can have plenty of energy to work the next day. The rest mentioned here includes both the human spirit and the internal organs. For example, adequate rest of the internal organs will help the detoxification effect. Knowing these will help maintain the health of the body's internal organs and avoid damage to them due to poor rest.

1. Working hours of internal organs:

9-11 pm is the time for the immune system (lymph) to detoxify. During this time, you should be quiet or listen to music and avoid being too excited.

2. Evening

11-1 a.m.: Liver detoxification needs to be done during deep sleep, which is the golden time for beauty.

3. 1-3 a.m.

The same is true for the detoxification of the gallbladder from 1 to 3 in the morning. 3-5 am, detoxification of the lungs. This is why people who have coughs cough the most during this period, because the detoxification action has reached the lungs; cough suppressants should not be used to avoid inhibiting the elimination of waste products.

4. 5-7 a.m.

Between 5 and 7 in the morning, the large intestine detoxifies and you should go to the toilet to defecate. Breakfast should be eaten between 7 and 9 in the morning, when the small intestine absorbs a lot of nutrients. It is best for those who are recovering from illness to eat early, before 6:30, and for those who are maintaining their health to eat before 7:30. Those who do not eat breakfast should change their habits and develop good living habits. It is also important to eat on time.

5. Midnight to 4 a.m.

The period from midnight to 4 a.m. is the time for spinal blood production. You must sleep soundly and should not stay up late. Young people should not stay up late, otherwise it will be bad for your health.
