Various chronic diseases throughout the body, such as constipation, anemia, chronic inflammation of the lower respiratory tract, cardiovascular disease, etc., can also lead to pharyngitis. The patient feels discomfort in the throat, which may be dry, itchy, or swollen, with excessive secretions and burning pain, nausea, a foreign body sensation, and difficulty in coughing up or swallowing. The above symptoms worsen when talking a lot, eating irritating foods, feeling tired, or when the weather changes. Breathing and swallowing are unobstructed.

(3) Pay attention to the combination of work and rest, avoid exposure to cold, and rest in bed during the acute phase.

(4) People who are frequently exposed to dust or chemical gases should wear masks, face shields and other protective measures.

(5) Drink more boiled water with light salt, eat easily digestible food, and keep your bowel movements smooth.

(6) Avoid smoking, drinking, spicy food, food that is too cold or too hot, and food with a fishy smell.
