What are the symptoms of neck and shoulder syndrome?

The neck and shoulder areas are prone to pain for many friends, most of which are caused by excessive work. The more obvious symptoms of neck and shoulder syndrome are numbness in the upper limbs, tight neck muscles, limited range of motion, etc. People with diseases like neck and shoulder syndrome must rest more and should not be forced to continue working under heavy workload, as this will only make the condition worse.

Causes of Neck and Shoulder Syndrome:

The most common cause of neck and shoulder syndrome is due to poor sitting posture. Maintaining the same posture for too long will cause the muscles around the neck and shoulders to tense, which will lead to soreness over time. Wrist pain is caused by compression of the nerves in the hand due to prolonged use of the computer. Unlike heavy physical labor, computer operation is a static job accompanied by small and frequent movements of the head, eyes, and hands. It often lasts for a long time and involves a large workload, which will cause the operator's muscles and bones to be repeatedly tense and cause corresponding symptoms.

Symptoms of neck and shoulder syndrome:

The clinical characteristics of cervical and shoulder syndrome are prominent peripheral inflammatory symptoms of the shoulder joint, such as shoulder and arm pain, dysfunction, etc., hidden symptoms in the neck, and diverse symptoms in the arms, elbows, palms and fingers. That is, the dominant lesion symptoms are the main manifestations. When the dominant lesion symptoms are alleviated or eliminated, the latent symptoms become dominant, and the disease recurs and persists.

Common symptoms associated with neck and shoulder syndrome:

① The neck muscles seem to be tight;

②When the neck is forcibly moved, the condition of the shoulder and elbow worsens;

③Special abnormal sensations appear from the shoulder to the tip of the little finger;

④Numbness in upper limbs;

⑤ Mild tremor of the upper limbs may occur in some cases.
