1. Eat a healthy diet

Men at high risk of hair loss should stay away from greasy, sweet, and spicy foods, increase the proportion of grains, vegetables, and fruits in their diet, eat more iron- and calcium-rich foods such as black beans, black sesame seeds, and eggs, and increase the intake of foods that nourish the hair, such as milk, lean meat, poultry, and fish. 2. Wash your hair properly
