(1) Ingredients: 1 box of chicken wings, some green onions, ginger, garlic, star anise, peppercorns, cinnamon, soy sauce, salt, sugar, cooking wine, and black vinegar.

Preparation method: Cut one chicken wing into two pieces, put them in a large bowl, add the above seasonings and marinate for 6-12 hours, turning 1-2 times. Add 4 tablespoons of sugar; the more soy sauce the better, it would be best if it covers the chicken wings, but that would require half a bottle of soy sauce, which most people can't afford. So you can handle it at your own discretion. Generally, you should put half a centimeter of soy sauce at the bottom of the basin (first put the chicken wings in and then add the soy sauce). This will use up half a bottle of soy sauce. It is best to use dark soy sauce. Just sprinkle the salt based on your feeling.
