The winter wind is biting cold, so keeping warm is the most important thing.

3. Pay attention to the combination of work and rest

Eating in moderation, having regular daily routine, and combining work and rest are the main measures to strengthen your body and maintain your health. Clinically, although the condition of some rheumatoid arthritis patients is basically under control and they are in the recovery period, their condition often worsens or relapses due to fatigue. Therefore, they need to combine work and rest, and maintain moderate activity and rest.

Some cases of rheumatoid arthritis develop after suffering from infectious diseases such as pharyngitis, sinusitis, chronic cholecystitis, and dental caries. It is believed that this disease is caused by the body's immune response to the pathogens of these infections. Therefore, it is also important to prevent infection and control infectious lesions in the body.

Rheumatoid arthritis is an allergic disease and one of the main manifestations of rheumatic fever. The disease usually presents with acute fever and joint pain, with typical manifestations being mild or moderate fever and migratory polyarticular pain. The affected joints are mostly large joints such as the knees, ankles, shoulders, elbows, and wrists. The disease often spreads from one joint to another, with local lesions showing redness, swelling, burning, and severe pain. Some patients also have several joints affected at the same time. Atypical patients only have joint pain without other inflammatory manifestations. Acute inflammation generally subsides in 2-4 weeks without leaving sequelae, but it often recurs. If rheumatic activity affects the heart, myositis may occur and even residual heart valve disease may occur.

Common rheumatic diseases include: rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatic cold joint pain, rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoporosis, bone hyperplasia, natural arthritis, periarthritis, lupus erythematosus, post-stroke, intractable leg pain, osteoarthritis, Sjögren's syndrome, etc.
