There is a sore on the buttocks

When it comes to anal ulcers, the first thing that comes to mind is definitely a small hole that appears when we build the dam. If this small hole is not repaired, it will be a big hazard of a dam burst in the future. In fact, the disease of anal ulcers can also grow on our buttocks. Frequent anal fissures are particularly prone to ulcers if not treated. If an ulcer occurs, our bowel movements will be out of our control. So what is the matter with the ulcer on the buttocks?

Breach: Just a gap opened up.

Dam burst: the entire intercepting barrier surface collapsed. In other words, the defense line was breached.

The result of the "breach" is limited to small-scale damage, the situation can be cleaned up, and there is still hope of recovery.

"Breaking the dam" refers to an uncontrollable situation in which a large area of ocean overflows uncontrollably, causing great damage and serious consequences. Such consequences are irreparable and cannot be reversed.

If the lump grows on the anus and is very painful and uncomfortable, it is hemorrhoids. If it grows outside the skin and is very painful, uncomfortable and red, it is a symptom of folliculitis.

Suggestions: Don't worry, don't eat spicy food. If it's on the skin, apply some erythromycin. If it's on the anus, try Mayinglong hemorrhoid suppositories.

It should be an early manifestation of perianal abscess and requires active treatment to prevent it from further progression to the formation of anal fistula.

Suggestions: If the abscess is not large, the dressing can be strengthened. After local disinfection, the abscess cavity can be flushed with hydrogen peroxide and sterile saline. If the abscess cavity is large, the ulcer is small, and the pus does not flow out smoothly, the ulcer should be appropriately enlarged, a drainage strip should be placed inside the abscess cavity, and the dressing should be changed on time.

Hemorrhoids, also known as hemorrhoids, are a common anorectal disease that occurs in the anal area. Typical symptoms include blood in the stool, accompanied by swelling, pain or anal itching, and in severe cases, prolapse of hemorrhoids. The disease can occur at any age, and the incidence rate gradually increases with age.

Judging from the situation in our country, there is a saying that can particularly reflect the characteristics of hemorrhoids: Nine out of ten people have hemorrhoids. However, while anyone can and will develop hemorrhoids, there are some groups of people who are more susceptible to it. For example, people who sit for a long time, are constipated, are pregnant, or have prostate enlargement.

According to the specific location of hemorrhoids, they can be divided into three categories: internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids.

Internal hemorrhoids can be divided into four degrees according to the degree of prolapse of the hemorrhoids.

Grade I: Hemorrhoids bleed only during bowel movements and the hemorrhoids do not protrude from the anus.

Grade II: Hemorrhoids protrude outside the anus during defecation and recover on their own after defecation.

Grade III: The hemorrhoids protrude outside the anus and cannot return on their own after defecation, requiring manual assistance to return.

Grade IV: The hemorrhoids remain outside the anus for a long time and cannot be reduced or fall out immediately after reduction.
